Raise a concern Registered charity 265669
Complaints and feedback
People should be able to question the Fund’s service, conduct or administration clearly and respectfully.

Start with the issue
Write to the official email address with “Complaint” in the subject line. Explain what happened, when, who was involved and what response would help resolve the concern.
Keep records
Retain relevant correspondence and dates. Do not send unrelated personal records or information about other people unless necessary.
Funding decisions
A complaint route does not create an entitlement to a grant or replace trustee discretion. It can, however, help the charity examine whether its process, communication or conduct was appropriate.
A clear complaint focuses on the event, its impact and the response being sought.
