Eligibility begins with a connection to the former Rugby Group cement or associated quarrying businesses. Trustees then consider the person’s need and circumstances.

The governing document covers people who are or have been employed in UK cement or associated quarrying operations by Rugby Group Ltd, Rugby Portland Cement Company Ltd, or relevant present or former subsidiaries.
