How support works
A simple initial conversation allows the Fund to check fit before asking for detailed information.
01 — Initial enquiry
Contact the Fund with the relevant connection and a concise explanation of the need. You do not need to prepare a long application at this stage.
02 — Proportionate checks
If the request may be eligible, the Fund can explain what further information is required. This may include evidence of employment history, need or organisational status.
03 — Trustee consideration
Trustees consider requests against the governing objects, available resources and the circumstances presented. All awards are discretionary and an enquiry does not guarantee support.
The process should ask only for what is necessary to reach a responsible decision.
