Write a useful community grant enquiry
Start concise. The Fund can request accounts, budgets and policies later if the proposal appears eligible.
Identify the organisation
Provide the legal name, status, registration number where applicable, location and a one-sentence description of the charitable purpose.
Frame the request
Explain the activity, the need, who benefits, the relevant Rugby Cement or plant-community connection, timescale, total cost and amount requested.

Wait before sending attachments
