A working history turned into practical help
The Rugby Group Benevolent Fund Limited carries a shared employment history forward as charitable support for people, families and connected communities.
A defined mission
The Fund relieves need among eligible people connected with Rugby Group Ltd, Rugby Portland Cement Company Ltd and relevant present or former subsidiaries. The beneficiary class can include qualifying family members and dependants.
A wider charitable strand
The Fund may also support registered or excepted charities and community organisations with charitable objects, including work calculated to benefit eligible people as a class or group.
Grant-making with care
Eight trustees are responsible for the charity’s direction, management and administration. They apply the governing objects and oversee charitable resources and policies.
Industrial heritage is the starting point. Human need is the reason the Fund continues.
